I am an associate professor at Division of Health Medical Intelligence, the Institue of Medical Science,
the Univeristy of Tokyo. We have wide research interests in health and aging related topics.
My current research mainly focuses on designing proper deep learning models for computional biology challengings
ranging from genotype to phenotype level.
